We stopped in South Dakota's biggest city- Sioux Falls.

Known for... the Falls. Hence the name.

There was a lookout and of course, you could get fairly close to the actual Falls.

The water looked really dirty which took a bit off the romance, but otherwise, what a beautiful park.

These aren't the highlights of my summer vacation, but they are things I saw..

I can say with a great deal of accuracy that things I observed.

Andy Williams- he of "Moon River" fame, and Branson fame, and bringing the Osmonds to the world, was born in Wall Lake, Iowa.  This is certainly his birthplace

One place that has definitely has been on my list of things to see is Mt Rushmore. It is a pretty awe-inspiring piece of work. I have been told some people that it is smaller than expected, but I didn't feel like that at all. I thought it was pretty impressive.
